Safety Lights
Komatsu’s new Safety Lights incorporate the latest infrared technology to provide the optimum degree of operator safety. Pulsating IR beams continuously monitor the area of operation. When a beam is broken, a signal is sent directly to the press control for immediate stoppage of the press operation.
Komatsu Safety lights are UL/CE approval pending. They feature a thin, narrow profile housing and a low "depth of penetration" factor with beam spacing of .4" (10mm). When interfaced with our press control, no external controllers are required.
