When a replacement part is needed for your Komatsu equipment, we strive to get you the right part as quickly as you need it. With our new Parts facility located in Ripley, TN, we can offer fast turnaround times for your parts delivery.
Komatsu stocks the most requested replacement parts along with some parts that are critical to your press dependability. If we don’t have your part in stock, we will do all we can to get that part to you within the least amount of time. We offer a warranty on all parts installed by our Komatsu Service Department. Komatsu Technical Support
Komatsu Service is always available to you when you encounter a problem. Our engineers are ready to work with you to troubleshoot, isolate and solve the problem. If service assistance is required at your site, we will do all we can to assist you in getting your machine up and running as quickly as possible and reduce the amount of downtime.

We offer estimates based on our Service Rate Schedule upon request. We will do everything we can to work within your budget to get your machine back in production. Once the job is complete and you are satisfied with your experience, you will only be billed for the time and expenses spent while solving the problem.
We can also offer a fixed quote for any job that requires it before the work begins. All you need to do is ask. We try to work within any budget.
